The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags still attached.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Please securely package your item to avoid damage during the return shipping process.
Processing Time:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund Amount:
You will be refunded the full amount of the item, excluding shipping fees.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item).
Exchanges for Size or Style:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please initiate a return as per the above guidelines and place a new order for the desired item.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@embellisheduk.com with a description of the issue and photos of the damaged item. We will provide a replacement or refund for the item at no extra cost.
Items purchased at in-person events, pop-ups, or physical retail locations are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
We encourage all customers to carefully check items before purchasing, including size, fit, and condition, as all sales made in person are considered final.
